We Have A Significant Impact

Working as an individual and team with our equine partners by way of connecting, empowering and building trust has provided a therapeutic approach for me in dealing with problem solving, being non-judge mental and improving healthy communications with peers and family.

“Meeting the horse was one of the most profound experiences I have known. I connected, I felt as if she knew all my feelings. She gave me this overwhelming sense of belonging. I went in for a hug and when I laid my head on her I felt like she revealed something to me I’ve struggled with. Who AM I? I felt like she told me YOU ARE GENTLE AND STRONG! Thank you so much for this.

Jonathan

It has had a direct correlation with me re-establishing my self-confidence, self-esteem, and to improving upon my overall sense of well-being. As a result of attending Horses and Heroes of Southeast Florida, I have now begun to realize that there truly is “hope”, and that I can fight to feel better. And that life is truly worth living.
